Founder and co-owner, Joffre, emigrated from Ecuador in the early 90s to chase the American Dream. After over 15 years as a technician, he started Sansoltech Mechanical in 2017. Today, he runs the operation with his son Jeff, and nephew Carlos. Jeff is a graduate of Fortis Institute where he earned his certification as an HVAC technician. Carlos is a US Navy veteran and graduate of the US Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, where he was trained as a submarine electrician. He is an ABYC master technician.
Sansoltech Mechanical is in the process of attaining MWBE-certification with the City of New York.
